Erasmus+ proposal consultancy for universities and education organisations

Erasmus+ application support for universities and education organisations: action selection, partnership planning, proposal writing and submission preparation.

Prepare an Erasmus+ application grounded in your institution's educational needs. INTERALTER helps university and education teams connect their project concept, partnership and activities to the requirements of the relevant action.

Who we help

  • European universities and higher education institutions considering Erasmus+ cooperation opportunities.
  • Schools, vocational training providers and adult education organisations eligible under the selected action.
  • Applicant coordinators and partners seeking structured proposal preparation or a focused review.

What we take on

  • Check the intended action, eligibility, application route and current official deadline.
  • Clarify the educational need, international cooperation rationale and partner contributions.
  • Develop the narrative, activities, results, impact and budget assumptions for the chosen action.
  • Review coherence and completeness before the institution approves the final submission.

What you receive

  • An action-fit checklist and agreed project concept.
  • The agreed application sections, activity plan and partner-responsibility framework.
  • A consistency review of objectives, results, indicators and budget assumptions, plus submission checks.

How to get started

Share the Erasmus+ action you are considering, your institution's objectives, the partners involved and the deadline. We agree the support and timetable before preparing the application.

  • Partners, deadline and preparation stage

How we work together

  1. Define the institutional need

You provide the action, concept, target groups and proposed partnership. We agree the preparation priorities.

  2. Prepare with your partners

We structure drafting and review rounds. Institutions confirm their roles, evidence, participation and financial inputs.

  3. Review and approve

We review the agreed package against the action requirements. The authorised institution approves the content and submits through the appropriate channel.

Questions before we start

Have you supported university applications?

INTERALTER submitted three Erasmus+ proposals for European university clients, and all three were approved. This result is not a guarantee of future awards or a statement about the overall success rate of every application.

Are the same conditions used for every Erasmus+ action?

No. Eligibility, partnership rules, application routes, budgets and evaluation criteria vary. We work from the current official documents for the selected action.

Approval is determined by the relevant funding body. The client institution remains responsible for its commitments and final application authorisation.
